Refund Eligibility
We accept returns and offer refunds for items that meet the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original proof of purchase must be provided
- Certain items (e.g., underwear, swimwear, and final sale items) are not eligible for return
How to Initiate a Return

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the original invoice or proof of purchase
- Ship the package to the address provided in your return authorization
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- You will receive email confirmation when your refund is processed
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Include photos of the damage or defect
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
- Return shipping costs will be covered by DivaLoom
International Returns
For international customers:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- Refunds will be issued in the original currency
- Exchange rate differences may apply
